We deliver most of our products digitally - this means that you will receive access to your purchase via a login email sent to your email address you have provided at the point of purchase for memberships and courses.
Any downloadable items you have purchased will be available to download immediately upon purchase via a download link .
If any of your download links or login details have not been received within 2 hours of your purchase, please email : [email protected] and we will re-send those detail for you and make sure you can access your purchases.

If you have bought a physical product, we will usually ship the items out within 48 hours of receiving the order. You should receive your order within 4-7 Business days in the UK, but this may be longer for overseas orders.
